Cancellation Policies - Kaziranga Travels

Cancellation Policy for the Holiday Packages:

Kaziranga Travels follows standard universal cancellation policy to ensure complete transparency on all the Holiday/Tour package booked with us. In the event of cancellation of holiday/tour package due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason, you have to notify us the same in writing at info@kazirangatravels.com and call at +91-9401001212 . Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing.

In order to cover our expected loss from the cancellation of the booking there is set scale of charges which must be paid by you or any one traveling with you:

• For cancellations done prior to 21 days or more of arrival - 20% cancellation fees of the Tour cost apply.
• For cancellations done between 20 to 04 days of arrival - 35% cancellation fees of the Tour cost apply.
• For cancellations done between 03 to 24 hours of arrival - 50% cancellation fees of the Tour cost apply.
• For cancellations done within 24 hours of arrival - 100% cancellation fees of the Tour cost apply.

Cancellation Policy for the Taxi Bookings:

You may need to cancel or reschedule your taxi / cab booking due to unanticipated circumstances sometimes. Though, we want to extend all due consideration to your circumstances but, given suppliers constraints and the nature of the industry, we are forced to collect the below cancellation fees:

• For cancellations done prior to 30 days or more of arrival - 10% cancellation fees of the Taxi cost apply.
• For cancellations done between 15 to 29 days of arrival - 20% cancellation fees of the Taxi cost apply.
• For cancellations done between 04 to 14 days of arrival - 25% cancellation fees of the Taxi cost apply.
• For cancellations done between 00 to 03 days of arrival - 40% cancellation fees of the Taxi cost apply.
